
Healthy and Refreshing Plantain Peel Drink

Ingredients
- 1 litre water
- 1 medium-sized unripe plantain
- 1 medium-sized ripe plantain
Instructions
1.Wash the plantain peel thoroughly using a soap-free food sponge.
2.Seperate the plantain flesh and keep for a yummy plantain swallow.
3. Place the peel in a clean pot, pour a litre of water over it and cover the pot.
4. Put over medium heat to boil and turn off once it begins to simmer.
5. Allow the simmering to stop and the vapor condense into liquid before opening the pot and serving as hot tea.
