Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized ripe avocados
- 1 medium lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Scoop out the avocados into a blender
- Juice out the lemon water properly
- Add honey, salt, oil and lemon water
- Blend till smooth
- Pour into a preferred airtight container and keep refrigerated.
- Serve as a dip or a spread
